I work from a gym in South Horrington and offer home visits within 10 miles of Wells. Training focuses on resistance-based exercises to improve balance, mobility, strength, and power—delivering real, long-term benefits whether you want to feel fitter, move better, or age well.

No experience needed. If your doctor hasn't told you to avoid exercise, I can work with you.
