I’ve spent the last 7 years helping people make simple, sustainable changes to their fitness and lifestyle. As of 2026, I’m also a qualified Life Coach, which means I’m just as interested in shifting how you think about fitness as I am in how you train.

 

I work out of a gym in South Horrington (pictured above) and also offer home visits within 10 miles of Wells, provided you have some basic equipment available. Signing on with me also gives you access to the gym shown on the About page.

 

I use a range of resistance-based exercises to improve balance, mobility, strength, and power. Whether your goal is to feel fitter, move better, or reduce the effects of aging, training this way delivers real, long-term benefits.

 

You don’t need experience, confidence, or a fitness background. As long as your doctor hasn’t told you to avoid exercise, I’m extremely confident working with you — even if you’re a complete beginner.

1-to-1 & Couples Training

If you want my full attention, greater accountability, and faster progress, this is the next step.

Sessions are fully tailored to your goals, ability, and needs. With more time focused on you, we can refine technique, improve movement quality, and make sure you’re getting the most out of every exercise and every session.

 

Training as a couple or with a friend is a great way to stay motivated, support each other, and enjoy the process while progressing together.

 

Pricing

• £40 per session (1-to-1)

• £50 per session (couples)

 

Small Group Training

Small group training consists of 4 people, making it ideal if you’re motivated by a group environment — whether that’s the social side, a bit of friendly competition, or both.

 

You’ll get many of the benefits of personal training at a lower cost, plus optional support and programmes outside of sessions if needed.

Package offer - 12 Week Fitness Kickstart

12-24 x Personal Training Sessions focused on your goals, current fitness level, and movement ability. Personalised Training Programme that supports fat loss, strength, mobility, or performance—adjusted as you progress to keep you challenged and motivated. Habit & Lifestyle Support- setting realistic habits around movement, recovery, and daily activity to support a healthier lifestyle. Progress Tracking & Assessments to track strength, fitness, body composition to measure progress. Education & Resources on training principles, and recovery so you understand what you’re doing and why. Check-Ins & Accountability to keep you consistent between sessions. By the end of 12 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, fitter, more confident, and equipped with the habits and structure to maintain your results long after the programme ends. 1 session per week = £550 2 sessions per week = £970 If you want to combine this with coaching please let me know
