I've dedicated the last 7 years of my life into finding out how people can make simple, sustainable changes to their lives and fitness. As of 2026 I have also qualified as a Life Coach. I'm just as interested in creating positive shifts in your attitude to fitness as I am in training you.
 

I work out of a gym in South Horrington as pictured above and also offer home visits if you live within 10 miles of Wells and have some equipment at home.
 

How I train people.

Using a range of resistance exercises to improve your balance, mobility, strength and power. Whether your trying to become fitter or simply avoid the effects of ageing, you will see the benefits.

You don't need to be fit to start.

As long as you haven't been told by your doctor that exercise is forbidden, I am extremely confident in training you even if you are a total beginner.

Life and Wellness Coaching.

I help people break self-sabotaging habits and build discipline, confidence, and follow-through. Coaching sessions are available if you'd like to make positive changes outside of the gym.
